Value or Growth (VoG) Neural Network
Legend Advisory Corporation designed the Value or Growth (VoG) Neural Network to make predictions as to which of these two investing styles it believes is likely to outperform the other across the three equity market capitalizations (small, mid and large). The VoG Network is supplied with a variety of market and economic inputs including statistical momentum indicators and other relevant data.
The VoG Network is an adaptive system that can adjust to changing situations. When the network observes that something it has found to be true in the past may no longer be valid, it can de-emphasize that contribution factor in future calculations. The VoG Network processes different linear and non-linear relationships between the inputs and outputs to detect patterns that can help predict the style that it believes is likely to outperform in the future.
